The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions received by Lowe-Go's via the internet. The placement of an order through this method indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Please read all the terms and conditions carefully and print a copy for future reference. Terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

We cannot guarantee the accuracy of information supplied, especially such things as special offers and promotions which may change without prior notice, before or after you have placed your order with us.

Pictures of products are as a representation only and should only be used as a guide. Specifications and/or colours of products may vary from image portrayed on screen.

Making A Purchase. 

Lowe-Go's uses Paypal as a secure means for you to order your items. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Proceed to Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. You will need to register for a secure PayPal to purchase online.

Please ensure you read the Paypal terms and conditions. Lowe-Go's cannot be responsible for any errors that PayPal may make.

We may grant the facility of a credit account, subject to the signing of a credit application form and we may also withdraw such facility where we think fit. Where no credit account exists all goods shall be supplied on a proforma basis.

Credit accounts will automatically be placed on hold where invoices are overdue for payment or the credit limit is exceeded.

Cheques for orders will have to be cleared before goods are released. If your order is urgent there will be an additional charge of £15.00 to obtain special clearance on your cheque.

All prices are net cash against invoice and are exclusive of VAT (except where stated) and other taxes. It is the duty of the buyer to examine all goods immediately upon receipt and all claims shall be notified to us within 48 hours and confirmed in writing within 7 days. If notification is not received by us within these periods we shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of such claim and in any event our liability shall be limited at our reasonable discretion. In the event of non-delivery of goods you must notify us within 10 days of the receipt of the invoice relating to the said goods.

All orders will be dealt with as a matter of urgency, please be aware that we intend to deliver all non stock items within 14 days. If your order is not in stock we will inform you upon receipt of your order with an estimated time of delivery. If out of stock you are at liberty to cancel your order.

Shipping And Handling 

All deliveries of garments are subject to a carriage charge dependent on weight.  

All deliveries of Football Training Equipment is subject to a standard fee.

We do not supply outside of mainland UK.

Delivery within the UK should be expected within 3 days of dispatch. Collection can be arranged from our office incurring no delivery cost if preferred. With the exception of Football Training Equipment.

All Templefield, Woodland, and Redborne uniforms are free delivery to a designated location within a 3 mile radius of Flitwick.

All parcels are delivered by our chosen carrier. The service type used will depend upon the value/size of the product/s purchased. All items delivered will require a signature and it is your responsibility to check the condition of the goods for discrepancies. Damages must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.

We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay in the delivery of goods. 

Delivery Schedule Goods that have not been agreed by the customer services department for return will not be accepted and will be refused. Returns may be subject to a 20% handling fee of the purchase price.

For goods that have been purchased and are faulty, you will need to contact Lowe-go's for returns authorisation. The goods will be collected, inspected and replaced if they are found to be faulty. All goods found to be in good condition will incur collection, inspection return charges of a minimum of £20.00. 

Guarantee Warranty Terms And Conditions

All Lowe-Go's garments are guaranteed to be free from defect upon delivery and are rigorously checked for quality of transfer, embroidery and garment before delivery. You must check the item upon delivery and notify Lowe-Go's immediately of any defects.

All garments washing instructions must be adhered to. All our garments have been tested to ensure that washed under the stipulated conditions they retain their colour, shape and texture.

Any information collected by Lowe-Go's, including that gathered at the time of ordering/registration is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Lowe-Go's do not sell or transmit any customer's personal information, including email addresses, to any organisation for any purpose other than for processing orders placed with us (if necessary).

Where there is sufficient evidence to suggest that fraud is being perpetrated, (such as the stated name and address being different to that of the credit/debit card owner), Lowe-Go's reserve the right to pass identification (such as name, address, email and ISP details) to other businesses, fraud databases and relevant authorities.
